Responsibilities:
-Manage a small group of Marketing Representatives that are responsible for securing in-home consultations for our sales team
-Coach and train your employees, through various facilitation and feedback techniques
-Providing thorough evaluations of employees for our management staff
-Assist in recruiting, to ensure we maintain an acceptable staffing percentage on our team
-Conduct interviews for your team, provide feedback on candidates to Talent Acquisition team
-Partner with Retail/Events Marketing Manager to ensure team is performing, needs are being met
 
Qualifications:
-Previous sales and marketing in person experience is required
-Must be comfortable and proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office
-Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record. (Required)
-Have reliable transportation
-Ability to lift up to 30-40lbs
-Must be willing to travel up to an hour to and from work each day
-Great time management/self-starter
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
