As Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the tasks listed below and any other duties relating to the facilities operation in our Warsaw's office.
Major tasks:
Reception health and safety management: complying to the office baseline
Visitor management, including the maintenance of visitor and staff attendance records and the issue of Visitor badges
Reception housekeeping management
Preparation and management of Access Control system including the preparation and issue of access control cards to staff
Emergency evacuation support
Switchboard management
Incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Procurement of Office stationery and supplies
Internal mail box management
Guest car parking management
FM Support to wider REO team
Support Technical team with first floor meeting space bookings
Here’s what you’ll need :
Fluent English
Very good Polish (min. B2 level)
Honest, punctual, hard-working, willing to learn new things, open-minded
Experience in a similar position is a must
Availability to work 20 hours per week
Customer service orientated
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Familiarity with MS – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
