Job Description:
Are you prepared to play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations? Twin City Staffing is actively recruiting for positions as manufacturing specialists / machine operators to join our team in Blaine, MN. As part of our powder mixing room, you'll be essential to our processes, responsible for tasks such as lifting buckets, measuring ingredients, operating machinery, and upholding stringent safety standards. Hours: Monday - Thursday, 4 am – 2 pm

Location: Fridley, MN

Pay rate: $18- $22/hr.

Duties of the manufacturing specialist / machine operator:
Lifting buckets weighing up to 50 lbs
Measuring ingredients accurately on a scale
Mixing according to basic recipes
Operating sealers, baggers, circular saws, and other machinery
Handling small plastic parts, large plastic bags, foam, and making custom assemblies
Demonstrating manual dexterity and reading tape measure accurately
Always ensure adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications of the manufacturing specialist / machine operator:
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift
Mechanical aptitude, including experience with forklift operation
Experience with sealers, baggers, circular saws, and hand tools
Previous manufacturing experience
