Genesis10 is seeking a Program Manager for a contract with our client in St. Paul, MN. 100% Remote.

Required Basic Qualifications:
The DOC needs a Program Manager coordinate and oversee the Data Integration Hub effort from initiation to execution ensuring:
Alignment with Organization Goals
Guide data integration efforts, guides progress, anticipates risks and intersections.
Effective Resource and Finance Management
Drives successful outcomes and use by the business
Since this resource will be focused on the management of Data Programs, additional skills/knowledge/expertise in the following areas is ideal:
Data Management knowledge and awareness - understands data integration, data modeling, performance, data quality and reporting
Understanding of infrastructure (hardware, software, networks) to ensure a robust data pipeline, scalability and performance optimization
Ability to translate technical language into business terms and bring teams together to drive outcomes
Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
