Capability Manager – Product Operations

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the product management & business stakeholders to ensure smooth product delivery and ongoing optimization
- Assist in analyzing, managing, and tracking program performance metrics and preparing/presenting results to stakeholders
- Responsible for managing product financials on an on-going basis
- Adept at building business case, market sizing models justifying capital ask
- Owning the capital/funding process during capital cycle
- Gather feedback from product leadership, finance, product management for maintaining current sales, forecasted sales, revenue projection & tracking key performance indicators
- Utilize process improvement methodologies to minimize and eliminate inefficient practices
- Collaborate with product management to ensure product life-cycle stage-gate deliverables are available for business to review and provide signoffs
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization
- Develop and maintain product documentation and playbooks
- Assist in managing product roadmaps and timelines
- Identify and manage risks associated with product delivery and ongoing support
- Lead/guide a team of product analyst working in product operations
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT engineering or related discipline, preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutions
- Degree in business administration, preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutions
- 10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years in product operations
- Experience in US healthcare with B2B or B2C companies
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data from multiple data sources and recommend actionable insights
- Proven excellent presentation skills
- Proven Self-starter with the ability to leverage critical thinking skills and prioritize one’s work
