Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is seeking an AV Support Technician local to Malvern, PA. This candidate must come on-site 5x a week Monday - Friday to Malvern. Below is a brief list of responsibilities:

- Provide AV Support onsite and support staff/events team to accommodate events and meetings

- Work alongside the Service Desk team and provide any additional help

- Provide equipment checks and getting ahead of power outage technical issues

- Reviewing policies and working on the editorial side of the house

- Daily conference equipment room checks to ensure that meeting rooms are fully functional

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years of Service Desk/Help Desk experience

1+ years of experience working with AV equipment in conference room setting

Troubleshooting experience

Windows and MAC experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

IT Security experience
