What We Are Looking For:
Lynch Consultants is seeking a qualified Senior Analyst with the knowledge and experience to perform technical support to provide timely and accurate review of inventory accounts and transaction data details, including verification of completeness of transactional data; develop cross-process relationships with headquarters and field organizations; interact daily as necessary with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely daily/monthly account reconciliation.

This position requires 3 days per week on-site in the Houston, TX office.

Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship (Required)
  • Active SECRET Clearance (Required)
  • BA/BS Degree (Required)
  • 3 years of related work experience (Required)
Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in the DoD fuel community or Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) operations including shipments, receipts, sales, and inventory.
  • Demonstrated experience compiling reports, metrics data, and other administrative functions, including the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide array of government and non-government personnel and organizations.
  • Microsoft Office skills and experience.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: At least three (3) years of professional experience.
  • Minimum Degree Required: BA/BS (Business, Management, Accounting, or Finance preferred).
  • Requires active DoD Secret clearance.
Preferred:
  • DoD Inventory Accounting and Reconciliation knowledge is desired.
  • Federal Finance and Accounting (or other FM) experience is desired.
  • DoD Financial Statement Audit knowledge is desired.
  • Experience in working with the DLA or Military Fuel Communities.
  • Experience with an SAP-based ERP.
