KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Proficiently be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both patients and healthcare professionals. Proficient in documentation and patient assessment. In-depth knowledge of body systems and functions to assess and manage patient health effectively. Knowledge of infection control practices. Competence in wound care management. Knowledge of patient mobility assistance. Familiarity with care planning and documentation. Strong communication with healthcare teams. High level of accuracy data entry; ensure patient safety, effective communication, and quality care. Comprehension and delivery of patient safety and healthcare ethics. Awareness of regulatory compliance in long-term care
QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of accredited nursing program for Licensed Practical Nurse. Current MN LPN license. BLS certification. Experience in Long Term Care. Must pass MN background check and fingerprinting. Complete TB test within the first 4 weeks of employment. |
