Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Advanced mathematics, research design and statistical analysis
- Quantitative and qualitative research methods and statistical software
- Multidisciplinary research and health assessments including vulnerable populations
- Ability to gather, collate and classify information about data, persons or things
- Assurance that all research practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements as well as agency policy, including appropriate documentation and follow-up for contract/grant requirements.

- Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching, handling and fingering.
- Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking.
