Job Description:
Genesis10 is currently looking for a Project Manager with Plant experience to manage an installation of a new Enterprise Asset Management software project for 9 months for a client in Lakeville MN. Can be remote when not traveling 50%-75% of the time.





Job Description:

The EAM initiative is a multi-year effort focused on implementation and integration of the standard Global EAM model (software and process) across all PCB plants. The initial two-year focus is implementation, integration (Requisitions, PO payments, etc.), and operationalization of a single version of Hexagon software and foundational capabilities. Two plants (Sparks and Lancaster) already have the new version of the software installed.



Key Responsibilities:
Travel required: 50-75% domestic (Meadville, PA; Bloomsburg, PA; Lawrence KS)
Local client seeking for immediate start a contract Project Manager with plant experience within a Client company. Please note that this role will require ~50%+ travel. This role will be supporting a large program at our newly acquired Pet plants to install new Enterprise Asset Management software, as well as spare parts rooms, labor planning and scheduling, and preventative maintenance. Scheduled go-live is 10/31/24.





Required Basic Qualifications:
Strong PM skills including scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning. Interaction and schedule alignment with Ryan Companies (builder). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to travel to the pet plant locations listed. Hexagon/Infor software background a plus.
Project Manage and focus on Implementation delivery of the EAM Program, including but not limited to:
Establish scope, governance, program structure, program plans, resource plans, stakeholder inventory, communication plans, budget/forecast, RAID, reporting and communications (across all levels).
Maintain alignment of expectations, decisions and escalations across leadership and delivery teams.
Facilitate and coordinate work across teams, workstreams, and/or projects within the program (people, process, technology, change management) to ensure on time, on budget delivery.
Manage living program artifacts and ensuring governance is followed (plans, reporting/communications, governance forums, RAID, financials, etc.).
Travel required: 50-75% domestic (Meadville, PA; Bloomsburg, PA; Lawrence KS)







Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate $

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
