Software Services Director (IT Services)

We seek a highly skilled Director of Services Operations to join our dynamic team. As a remote position based in Monterrey, México

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the success of the service operation, including customer satisfaction, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, to understand their needs and expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed expectations.
• Allocate resources optimally and plan capacities to maximize resource utilization.
• Streamline processes to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the professional services operations team to foster a culture of excellence and professional development.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and processes to optimize service delivery consistency and quality and enhance operational profitability.
• Translate strategy into action, promoting innovation and best practices within the organization.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and achievement of business objectives.
• Collaborate with other functional teams towards overall business objectives.

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing professional services operations in the Software Development and IT Services industry.
• Proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
