ManpowerGroup Constituent Resource Liaison in Topeka, Kansas

Our client, is seeking Constituent Resource Liaison to join their team?

Job Title: Constituent Resource Liaison

Location: Topeka, KS

Pay Range: $20

Contract: 6 months with possibility of extension

What’s the Job?

  • Provide timely constituent services in-person, via calls, and emails, referring individuals to appropriate Client staff or community services.

  • Develop resource guides for Client programs and behavioral health services in Kansas..

  • Review and update outdated information on the Client website.

  • Implement and manage a tracking system for documenting the types and numbers of constituent services provided.

  • Ensure daily coverage in the Client office by scheduling Constituent Resource Liaisons.

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service or public contact work required..

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and the flexibility to creatively adapt to ever-changing circumstances and events is essential to success in this position.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local government structures as well as private sector resources is a plus.

  • Experience working with individuals in crisis, mental illness, substance use disorder, etc.
