Max's Swing Lounge, located in the Basketball Hall of Fame right beside our sister location Max's Tavern in Springfield, MA, is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Server with open availability (days, nights, and weekends). Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Serve food and drinks following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Interact with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner
- Ring in guest checks, handle money, and process credit card payments following company policies and procedures
- Assist with seating guests, and preparing to-go orders
- Engage with guests to provide a world-class dining experience
- Become knowledgeable of all dishes and drinks to make educated recommendations to guests

What We're Looking For:

- At least one year of serving experience in a restaurant setting (fine dining preferred)
- Experience handling money and operating point-of-sales (POS) and credit/debit card processing systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and professional behavior
- Open availability, including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
