Job Description
Assist with the year-end portfolio management compensation process, including preparation and review of year-end payout sheets. Partner with the fund and general accounting teams on a variety of monthly accruals. Partner with the business development team to produce compensation-related analytics and other deliverables as requested. Partner with business leads on compensation planning and requests. Partner with legal to review complex employment contracts. Enhance the PM Payout automation process, including enhanced reporting and workflows. Partner with various groups across the business to assist in compensation-related planning, including compensation structures, mock payout calculations, and compensation forecasting. Work with financial modelling; Software as a Service (SaaS) tools; variable incentive compensation; Microsoft Excel; public accounting; and, compensation analysis.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field of study, plus one (1) year of experience with financial modelling; Software as a Service (SaaS) tools; variable incentive compensation; Microsoft Excel; public accounting; and, compensation analysis.
