·         $3.50 for days, 5.00 nights, and $8.00 for weekends for Shift differential

Qualifications and requirements

• AWHONN fetal monitoring or NRP.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
•  5 years of experience in an L&D setting
• Current state RN license and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
• PALS Certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire

Minimum Requirements:

•  Successful Completing the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited school is required.
•  You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
•  Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions.
• A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required. Handle with care is preferred.
