Talent Program Director (Talent Program Dir)
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (1-2 days/week in office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
The Talent Program Director is responsible for identifying and supporting talent processes and development opportunities to engage and retain executive and other strategic associate groups.
How you will make an impact:
- Leads the identification and implementation of talent and development strategies that supply the organization with trained leaders.
- Acts as strategic partner with the business clients to support talent processes and assisting in the talent development strategies.
- Consults with management regarding the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of talent development initiatives.
- Ensures that all processes are aligned with business plans and strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise wide training; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Curriculum design experience required.

- Agile Mindset and Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and maintain an agile approach to talent processes preferred.
- Consulting Skills: Strong consulting abilities to provide expert advice and support to management on talent development initiatives preferred.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage with various levels of leadership and articulate talent strategies clearly preferred.
- Talent Development Strategies: Deep understanding of talent development frameworks and strategies to support associate and leadership growth preferred.
- Leadership Development: Expertise in designing and implementing leadership development programs that cultivate strong, capable leaders preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align talent processes with the organization’s long-term goals preferred.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Knowledge of organizational effectiveness principles to ensure alignment with broader business goals preferred.
