JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The Maximo Business Analyst will provide
leadership and support in delivering technology and information
solutions that enhance productivity, lower costs, and improve
information delivery for Operations in NEI\'s three p. By identifying
improvement opportunities in Maximo systems and focusing on developing
solutions, the Company expects to maximize value from technology
investments. This person will work closely with operations staff and
corporate leadership to define and implement effective business process
enhancements and technology solutions. Maximo Business Analyst Essential
Functions Job duties may change over time, and additional job functions

lead resource in business process and system development for
(CMMS/Maximo). o Document and define business functions, technical and
process specifications, and reporting requirements. o Ensure the Maximo
system is used efficiently and consistently through user support,
documentation, and training. o Support the client group in identifying
issues, understanding the business needs/processes, and providing
solutions. o Communicate complicated technical concepts to non-technical
users. o Keep system setup codes, configurations, and documentation up
to date to maintain standards and best practices, high performance of
the Maximo system, reduce downtime, and high user productivity. o
Provide continuous system improvement by monitoring and evaluating
current practices and designing and implementing enhancements that lower
costs and extract the most value from the Maximo system. o Developing
system usage and data standards that enable common processes, reports,
and skill development. o Encouraging innovation, identifying
opportunities, and sharing best practices to improve productivity and
data quality. o Communicate application problems and issues to key
stakeholders, including management, development teams, and end-users. o
Develop reporting and KPIs to support new and existing codes of practice
and reliability initiatives. o Monitor applications performance and
recommend improvements. o Provide ad-hoc reporting, data queries, and
dashboards in Maximo. o Write and maintain documentation to describe
program development, logic, system coding, testing, changes, and
corrections per policy. o Coordinate/create testing scripts and validate
signoffs with process owners before moving changes into production. o
Work as the applications SME (Subject Matter Expert) to assist with
system testing and signoff before loading new releases and patches into
