Aerotek Concrete Foreman in Lake Elmo, Minnesota

Concrete Finishing Opportunity

Starting Pay: $25-$35 Pending Experience

Hours: Generally 7:00am - 3:30pm M-F

Shop Location: Lake Elmo, MN

Description:

Candidate will be working on a small team and will be doing concrete finishing. With it being a smaller team, they can expect to help out in getting things set up as well as working through each stage of the process from groundwork, setting forms, helping pour, finishing, leveling.

Job duties include:

-Concrete foundation work for commercial/residential buildings: Pouring concrete; Finish concrete

-Install and finish concrete

-Assisting other skilled labor where necessary

-Pouring, leveling, groundwork

-Help to train new employees

-Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards

-Put together and take apart temporary structures

-Remove, fill or compact earth

-Blueprint reading and work order reading on iPads and Smartphones.

-Good communication with customers
