Job Description

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Follow-up on routine line maintenance, setups,
preventive maintenance and some electrical control work, complying with
all safety, quality, food safety, and GMP standards. The basic function
is to keep the machine operating at or near the rated capacity. PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate setups, troubleshooting and preventive
maintenance on all shifts Provide assistance with electrical work
Achieve the quality and volume targets to profitably fulfill the
customer orders Keep the supervisors properly informed of machine issues
and opportunities Get (3) quotes for parts/ pieces of equipment that
will exceed \$500.00 which will require approval through Corp office.
Follow up on quotes that are submitted to Corp that need approval
Proactively contribute to solutions of the company Operate in a
professional manner 1. Set objectives for implementation 2. Meet all
timetables and deadlines Helps with conducting Monthly Sanitation and
Food Security Audits Helps with training plant employees on how to
operator machines Conducts annual magnet testing Acts as backup to Plant
Security Coordinator Improve communication; such as; inform me by phone
if for any reason cannot come to work except preapproved vacation.
\*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of Matrix,
Haysen, Bartels or Krones Labelers Machinery a plus. \*\*\*\*\*
