<br> Digital Product Managers are customer obsessed in driving product planning, visioning, development, management, and customer experience to deliver on our human plus digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. Pulls from market and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business priorities to create the product vision (target customer segments, markets, channels, go to market approach, and value propositions). Aligns this strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product roadmap, investment areas and success measures.<br> This Digital Product Manager role is responsible for defining and iteratively enhancing our API Onboarding procedures as new products and new business models emerge. As part of the team this role will collaborate on ways to drive enhancements to the overall customer onboarding experience. They provide requirements, participate in discovery & design sessions, complete user acceptance testing, update procedures, and train our operations team for these enhancements. This role must combine excellent organizational skills with an ability to drive multiple stakeholders to complete necessary tasks to ensure success. <br>
<br>Responsibilities:<br> *Define strategy, roadmap and own refinements based on business objectives, customer research, competitive dynamics and collaboration with Product leads, lines of business and cross-functional partners.<br> *Look for ways to improve customer onboarding process and experience, both from an employee and customer viewpoint, and act as a key stakeholder in coordinating this work across all teams to enable an ultimate launch date.<br> *Perform acceptance testing of feature as needed and analysis supporting the strategies.<br> *Partner with API Product Managers, engineering, and business line teams to define the process of onboarding and configuring customers to each API.<br> *Assess all new products, platforms, environments, customer models, etc., and determine what Support Platforms, Support Processes, and Reporting must change to effectively support and provide metrics.<br> *Ensure the API Product knowledgebase is updated by the Product Owner of the API product, to facilitate the launch, and ensure all support teams are informed.<br> *Become the subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of our API product onboarding process.<br> *Oversees API Onboarding documentation, making sure it is accurate and current.<br> *Provides customer experience feedback with all stakeholders.<br> *Define metrics, run reports, and perform periodic audits to measure performance against best practices. Recommend changes to platforms & processes for iterative improvement.<br> *Create and develop the partnerships to drive and deepen the relationships across the enterprise.<br> *Define the enterprise standard best practices & governance for API customer onboarding. Create and align operational processes that involve multiple teams, train support teams & communicate operational readiness updates with requester / line of business stakeholders. <br> *Become the subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of our API product onboarding process to quickly facilitate customer inquiries as needed.<br> <br> <strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>
<br> *Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience<br> *Typically, five to seven years of relevant experience <br> *Product or project management skills or similar experience <br> *Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills<br> *High attention to detail & strong organizational skills<br> *Positive, team-oriented attitude <br> *Experience using Microsoft Office Applications<br> *Familiarity working with APIs from either a support, testing, documentation, or development standpoint.<br> *Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle. <br> *Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams.<br> *Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow<br> *Ability to quickly learn new skills and processes while also being adaptable to changing requirements.<br> *Experience working in Agile helpful, but not required.<br> *Knowledge of customer success processes<br> <br> Supports what products to make, ensuring those products get made and reporting back on how users respond to products. <br> Depending on the company, can support all three functions together or any of these three functions. <br> Often works with partners like engineering and design teams to strategically plan products and their development. <br> A PM delivers Market Requirements Documents and Product Requirements Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification. <br> Works with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities runs beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples and becomes an expert with respect to the competition."<br>
