Service Center Manager

Job Summary: The position is responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable daily operations of the Service Center including shop floor, office personnel and logistics.

Required Education/Experience:
Minimum of Associates Degree in Business or related field
Minimum 1 year management or industry experience with strong leadership skills
Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements
Minimum 1 years' experience with Budgets, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Logistics and Warehouse experience required
Minimum 1 year communicating effectively with vendors, customers and other managers in both written and verbal formats

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
3 years Bath Enclosure experience preferred
Oracle and basic MS Office experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure customers in the Service Center region receive excellent levels of service
Operate the Service Center in a safe, efficient and profitable manner
Supervise all shop and office personnel
Negotiate pricing with local vendors for glass, freight and packing materials
Maintain accurate inventory and sales records in Oracle
Monitor credit related problems with Shared Services and Accounting
Prepare monthly reports including forecast; filling for other positions in office and shop
Responsible for carrying out all established Hydro procedures and policies on a local level
