The Vocational Instructor A/B works with individuals providing job coaching and support to individuals working at integrated work sites in the community. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with team members, service providers, family members, and employers to provide direction to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
Potential candidates must have the ability to compile required data, produce daily written documentation and monthly progress notes, as well as document attendance and incident reports. They must also have the ability to communicate professionally and be sensitive to the social/emotional needs of individuals being served throughout the Central/West Region, while placing an emphasis on the development of a competitive workforce.
Please Note:
This position is based in Baldwinville, MA and will travel throughout the Central/West Region, as required.
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Days Off: Sunday/Saturday
With flexibility required to meet the needs of the program.
