This role will play a critical role in the management of our internal and external social platforms. This role will be able to function well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that rewards motivated individuals with ever-increasing responsibility and challenge. Must be a self-starter who is flexible and willing to collaborate with others.

Hybrid - 1 Day on-site and 4 day WFH

Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage and oversee the company's external social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
  • Foster and lead engagement efforts on our internal social platform to enhance employee engagement and community-building efforts.
  • Support marketing and business initiatives, leading the ideation, creation, distribution, and measurement of engaging content across social media channels
  • Generate, schedule, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages the audience to act.
  • Managing and monitoring social media accounts, including responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Provide toolkits, training, and education for business and sales teams to effectively leverage their own social profiles for the company’s benefit.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and other professionals to increase brand awareness and reach.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Track competition and provide valuable intelligence to business and sales teams.
  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of social media management experience in a corporate setting ideal
  • Proficiency across social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Glassdoor, and YouTube.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing, editing, graphic design, and video production.
  • Expertise with social media analytics tools and the ability to decipher meaningful insights from data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Portfolio/examples of social media execution and impact.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to the rapid evolution of social media landscapes.
  • Preferred experience with design work in Canva.
  • Preferred Experience with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary.
Special Requirements:
  • The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($50,000 - $83,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.  All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
