JOB SUMMARY:
Drive with the sales team on the tactical and operational Demand Plan, based on the commercial strategies agreed with customers; to translate them into a supply plan with the objective of product availability in the US network design supply sourcing centers and therefore serve actual customer orders to guarantee fill rate above 98%.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Coordinate with sales team on the prioritization of adjustments to the plans given the unexpected variation to achieve better fill rate and improve forecast accuracy at sku / customer high level.

- Collaborate with supply plan managers the necessary adjustments in production and supply plans based on current restrictions and keep Supply Chain Sr Planner informed to make decisions.

- Communicate the Supply Chain Sr Planner inter-functional gaps / alerts on the Supply Chain versus variations in demand behavior and act accordingly.
- Support planning and execution activities for co-packers (production plan, import status, inventory reconciler, process purchase orders in SAP and distribution).

- Generate, update and follow up on tactical and operational reports (fill rate, service level, utilization and others) to provide visibility and consequently act with the rest of the areas.

- Collaborate with the implementations of projects and programs that promote fill rate improvement and achieve supply chain reliability / efficiencies.

- Coordinate the monthly Supply Review and the tactical projects resulting from the rest of the IBP disaggregated meetings.
- Development investment alternatives and actions when demand and supply cannot be aligned “Gap Closure Plan”.
- Ensure critical resources to support the supply plan: demand control / supply / inventories / distribution.
- Identify agreements on working capital, lead time and delay tolerances to align demand and supply plan, including copackers.
- Review strategic initiatives to support supply plans and avoid disruptions to sales and ensure KPI´s objectives.

8. Coordinate and follow up new end to end projects in the supply chain (imports, distribution network, copackers, correct functioning of MRP and MPS, others)

9. Develop and analyze business KPI´s (forecast accuracy (reduction MAPE), fill rate, distribution cost, working capital, network design, production atteinment)
10. Work with SAP.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain or related field
· Minimum of 5 years in demand planning and/or supply planning (replenishment) or equivalent experience
· Strong MS Office, SAP, Power BI and Excel skills
· Excellent analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
· Advanced communication, results oriented, team management, interfunctional collaboration.
WORKING CONDITIONS
· Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures.
· Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending on the project or assignment.
· Travel 20% of the time.
