| Required Skills: | Description:
? 3+ years business analyst experience
? Drive user requirements and assist with system requirements (if applicable)
? Process mapping of business process flows and documenting as is and future scenarios
? Develop issue or risk assessment, options for resolution, and proposed recommendation with strong reasoning
? Collaborate and negotiate to define project scope boundaries
? Conduct interviews and/or JAD sessions to define, document, and prioritize business requirements
? Develop or refine business processes and process flow diagrams
? Develop User Acceptance Test plan and test conditions, and perform testing function
? Contribute to implementation planning and post-implementation tracking
? Develop sustained relationships with internal business and technology partners
? Successfully manage relationships with vendors and other external partners
? Extensive understanding of the full project life cycle
