ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a HVAC Technician to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs on HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures

  • Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities

  • Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary

  • Assists in emergencies as needed

  • Travel to customer sites to provide required repairs, maintenance and service to HVAC units, including chillers, boilers and cooling towers.

  • Company vehicle/fuel card is provided

  • Work on low temperature refrigeration equipment

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

  • Low temp, refrigeration experience

  • Must be EPA Universal Certified

  • Must have a valid driver license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with low temperature refrigeration and Commercial HVAC experience
