Cleaning Technicians, Maids, Housekeepers
Average weekly hours: 25 - 30
Who we are: 
Two Gals & A Mop, LLC
We are a licensed, bonded, and insured professional cleaning business located in Mobile, Alabama. We have served the Mobile, Alabama area since 2001. We strive to provide a positive, drama free work environment that promotes team-work. Our teams work hard to provide our customers with excellent professional cleaning services.
What we do:
We professionally clean residential homes, apartments, and occasionally some business offices. Our services include regularly scheduled basic cleanings, deep cleanings, move in/out cleanings and more. Our teams consist of 2 to 4 cleaners that meet every morning, Mon. - Fri. at our local Mobile, AL office.
Duties include:
Using cleaning products provided and company procedures to clean.
Using equipment provided including vacuums, cleaning towels, dusters, etc.
Clean/sanitize all areas and surfaces requested, including fans, blinds, light fixtures,    
   baseboards, sink and sink fixtures, counters, showers, bathtubs, toilets, cabinets, appliances, and floors.
Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in bathrooms.
Vacuum stairs, carpet, and hard surface floors.
Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from vehicle into client’s home or business.
Assist in keeping supplies stocked and keeping equipment clean, sanitized and maintained.
Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the team effort.
Maintaining respect and understanding for co-workers and customers.
Performing additional duties as needed.

Customer service skills are also a big plus. A lot of our client’s are like family to us. They are our #1 priority, so we do our very best to accommodate them and to ensure that each and every cleaning meets their expectations! Effective communication and customer service skills are essential in meeting our client’s needs.
What we require:
*Must have a valid driver’s license.
*Must have reliable transportation to and from work
*Must be available Mon - Fri as needed.
*Must be able to pass a background check.
*Must be able to physically perform job cleaning duties such as stooping, bending, stretching, lifting, and 
  being on your feet as needed for housekeeping tasks.
*Must work effectively and efficiently with team members, but also attentive to detail.
*Must always be respectful to coworkers and clients.
*Must be pet friendly.

What we currently offer our employees:
   *No nights or weekends                                             *Cleaning supplies and equipment provided.
   *Occasional customer tips.                                         *No uniforms necessary
   *Transportation to and from clients  provided.          *Up to 12 hours of sick pay per year.
