Home Federal Savings Bank has the need for a Part-Time Teller position in Albert Lea, MN. This position will work Monday - Friday with a Saturday rotation and scheduled approximately 20-25 hours per week. Our Tellers are the first line of contact for our clients, so customer service experience is required. Our talented team of Teller staff is an integral part of the Home Federal team environment.
Responsibilities include performing teller duties which includes balancing a teller drawer including operation of a cash recycler machine, providing excellent customer service while going above and beyond for our clients, and meeting sales goals through cross sales of bank products and services.
Required qualifications include:
Minimum of 1+ year customer service and cash handling experience required
Ability to navigate various computer programs
Previous experience selling products and services
Excellent communication skills
