Looking to augment the team with a documentation specialist/tech writer that specifically has experience building up process and procedure documents/KBA's for organizational financial processes. This person will be responsible for the production of job aids to document all financial working processes with click-down detailed step by step instructions, to enable a smooth onboarding process and strong knowledge base so business operation new team members can self-serve with minimal monitoring. This role will work collaboratively with team members to gather proper documentation requirements to build a resource document repository for current and future teams around core processes.
