Job Description: Job duties may include but are notlimited to: Simple cooking and selling food at festivals.Take and receive orders, receive payment, and makechange. Maintain a clean work area. Basic math skills.On the job training available.
Job Requirements: HS/GED, Basic math skills,Employment reference, Willing to work weekends andholidays, Willing to travel.
Work hours & days: Approximately 36 hrs/wk, 11a-9p,Mon-Sun, hours/workdays may vary depending onevent. 1 hr meal break.

Single workweek used as standard for computing wagesdue. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to anyworker, at the employer’s sole discretion, based on workperformance, skill, or tenure.
Workdays may begin/end earlier or later on any givenday depending on season demands or weatherconditions. Workers may be requested to workadditional hours, weekends, holidays, and the Sabbathdepending on need.
Employer will make all deductions required by law.Other deductions may be taken at employee's writtenrequest, i.e., internet, cable, cash advances, medicalexpenses, etc.
Employer will reimburse H2B workers in the firstworkweek all visa, visa processing, border crossing, andother related fees, including those mandated by thegovernment.
Tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform thejob duties provided at no charge.
Employer will offer the worker employment for a totalnumber of work hours equal to at least three fourths ofthe workdays of each 12-week period, if the period ofemployment covered by the job order is 120 or moredays, or each 6-week period, if the period ofemployment covered by the job order is less than 120days.
At the sole discretion of the employer, workers may berequired to submit to a post hire drug test, paid by theemployer. Positive results or refusal to take the test mayresult in immediate termination.
Any worker found to have a criminal conviction, DWI,commits serious acts of misconduct, refuses to followinstructions, violates work rules, fails to perform jobduties in a competent manner, or other lawful job-related reasons will be subject to termination.
Workers who have a clean driving record and insurabledriver's license may be required to drive companyvehicles.
If the worker lives outside of normal commutingdistance, employer will reimburse thetransportation/subsistence from the place from whichthe worker has come to work for the employer to theworksite once the worker completes 50% of the workcontract.
Return transportation/subsistence from the place ofemployment to the place from which the worker departed to work for the employer, disregardingintervening employment, will be paid once the workercompletes the entire contract period or if dismissedearly.
The transportation reimbursement will be the mosteconomic, reasonable common carrier cost. Subsistencewill be $15.88/day, max of $59 (receipts required).
At a minimum, both domestic and foreign workers willearn the prevailing hourly wage; however, the employermay choose to pay experienced workers, regardless oforigin, more than the required minimum wage rate.Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker, atthe employer’s sole discretion, based on workperformance, skill, or tenure.
Employer may charge the worker for reasonable costsrelated to the worker’s refusal or negligent failure toreturn any property furnished by the employer or due tosuch worker’s willful damage or destruction of suchproperty.
