Machine Operator Position
 

 
 Benefits available 1st day of employment (medical/dental/vision/401K and more)
 

 
 Starting pay $19.69, after 60 days full pay rate for position (averages $19.86 - $22.00).
 

 
 Job Summary 
 

 
 Job requires the operation of various manufacturing equipment to produce corrugated containers in a fast- paced environment.
 

 
 *We are currently hiring for 2nd Shift (2:55pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (10:55pm-7am)*
 

  Responsibility
 
  * Ability to work any shift or schedule in a 3-shift operation, as well as overtime as required both daily and/or weekly. 
 
  * Able to work safely in a fast-paced work environment.
 
  * Follow all established processes and procedures.
 
  * Ability to work safely and follow all safety regulations and practices.
 
  * Follows specific directions.
 
  * Able to read tape measure and perform basic math used in manufacturing process.
 
  * Picks up parts, paper, objects, and residue off the floor and around workstation. 
 
  * Able to operate power hand tools.
 
  * Ability to lift 50 pounds (+/-) consistently, as well as pushing, pulling, manipulated knobs and buttons, crouching, bending, standing for long periods, repetitive motion.
 
  * Ability to successfully pass a 7-year criminal background check and pre-employment physical and drug screen.
 
  * Must have reliable transportation
 
  * Performs other duties as assigned.
 

 
 Education & Work Experience 
 
  * High school diploma or equivalent
 
  * Prior manufacturing experience
