Position Overview
The Packaging Designer will be responsible for creating innovative packaging solutions that effectively protect and showcase products while aligning with brand identity. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative packaging concepts that align with brand strategy and product requirements.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed packaging designs and prototypes.
• Conduct 3D modeling to visualize packaging solutions and iteratively improve designs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure structural integrity and functionality of packaging designs.
• Manage print production processes to ensure high-quality output of packaging materials.
• Research and select appropriate materials that promote sustainability and reduce environmental impact.
• Ensure compliance with packaging regulations and standards throughout the design process.
• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure packaging designs effectively communicate product benefits and brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in packaging design, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong knowledge of print production processes and materials science.
• Experience with prototyping and structural design of packaging.
• Understanding of sustainability practices in packaging design.
• Familiarity with packaging regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
