Job Description:
Need 8 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operators to work in Nobles, Rock, and Cottonwood Counties in MN, and in Minnehaha Co. in South Dakota.
From: 02/01/2024 to 11/30/2024
Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.-Sat. 8 hrs./day, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The hours may vary during different times of the crop season. Overtime and taking holiday are mandatory. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
In Minnesota only, all hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.
ESST Law: In Minnesota, Employer will provide one hour of safe and sick time for every 30 hours worked and can earn a maximum of 48 hours each year unless the employer agrees to pay a higher amount.

NOTE:
JOB DESCRIPTION: Pump nutrients from our storage tanks into the nurse tanks, calculate blends, batch the blends, then pump the blends into storage tanks on vehicles. Operate field ag equipment on a farm for a farmer such as self-propelled sprayers or spreaders to apply liquid or dry nutrients. Workers will also prepare and load ag lime into applicable agricultural equipment to apply product. Workers will also clean and maintain equipment as necessary for future use.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. MN Commercial Applicator license is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
