We are seeking talented individuals to help build innovative processes and tools that will enable engineers to be agile and adaptive across BCA Programs, engineering functional roles, and global design centers. As part of BCA Digital Engineering, you will be part of the team that develops and supports the digital assets that engineers utilize to design Boeing products.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Associate or Mid-Level Engineering Technical Specialists – BCA Engineering Operations - to support our Global Center of Excellence team in Everett, WA.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate (Level 2), Mid-Level (Level 3) Specialists.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes for supporting today's engineer.
  • Learn about BCA advancements in processes and tools and support the transition into the future of engineering by providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of digital assets that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering workflows.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Associate's degree in a STEM field.
  • Strong background in engineering and a passion for driving innovation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing processes and tools for digital engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Typical Education & Experience:

Associate: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Mid-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Associate: $76,500 - $103,500

Summary pay range Mid-Level: $90,100 - $121,900
