Required Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3 years experience in full cycle bookkeeping; a combination of education, experience, and transferable skills will be considered but is not guaranteed as meeting this qualification. A skills/knowledge test will be a part of the interview process. This is a challenging, fast-paced bookkeeping position, not data entry.
• 1 year experience in Human Resources Management. Accredited education (with transcript) may be combined with paid experience, pending a basic knowledge assessment during the interview.
• Highly skilled, experienced and competent in QBO – knowledge test included in interview
• Able to learn and effectively use technology including all necessary office equipment, software, apps, etc.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Meticulous in documenting and record-keeping
• Proven experience in successfully working remotely with private dedicated office space and fully agreeable to the hybrid nature of the position involving occasional onsite work at all locations
• 100% accountable for all aspects of the position responsibilities

• Professional references and background check including a credit check will be a pre-employment requirement of the selected applicant.

2+ years work experience in HR Management

Bookkeeper / HR Manager – Boomtown Restaurants
• Full time, 30-40 hours per week
• Wage is negotiable, commensurate with experience
• Remote Hybrid position - Applicant must live in Duluth/Hibbing/Eveleth/Gilbert area and be available to report to work at any of those locations from time to time.
Boomtown Group restaurants seeks an experienced, educated, organized, dependable AND meticulous staff person to join our team of administrative professionals.
This is a full-time position for the right person with proven Bookkeeping skills and experience as well as HR Management training/experience and the ability and willingness to occasionally act as payroll processing substitute.
