Our well-known client is looking for a Public Relations Coordinator.
This role is: - Hybrid in the southern suburbs. Ideally coming onsite Tuesdays - Thursdays, but must at least come onsite on Wednesdays and then be available for team meetings as they come up. - 40 hours/week - 1 Year - You will be provided with computer equipment
The ideal Public Relations Coordinator: - 1+ year' of public relations experience, either for a brand or at an in-house agency - Excellent verbal and written communication - Experience working in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Outlook - Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects
In this role, as Public Relations Coordinator, you will support their Public Relations Strategist on a large, reputable brand category. Daily responsibilities include: - Assist in the creation of campaign briefs for their external PR agencies - Working with their external PR agency partners, you will facilitate the execution of innovative PR strategies to maximize earned activity and conversation across all brands. - Route press release and public relations materials through their legal, corporate communications, and brand team for cross-functional alignment - Facilitate the product ordering process to support new item launches
