JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you passionate about smart growth and green-built

forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Land Development
Project Manager. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not
limited to: Effectively manage budget KPIs for development phases as set
by the Director of Land Development. Catalog all change orders and
verify work completed per specification. Work with municipal inspectors
to ensure all conditions of compliance are satisfied. Ensure conditions
of approval for original plat and replats are fulfilled as well as
satisfying all developer agreement requirements to obtain building
permits and certificates of occupancy. Project management of residential
land development projects from start to finish. Coordinate site
development projects and project financial oversite. Qualifications, we
are looking for candidates who bring a unique blend of skills and
experience to this role: Bachelor\'s Degree with concentration in Real
Estate, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or Urban Planning is
preferred. Three to five years of land development project management or
construction management experience is required, preferably in
residential construction. Strong knowledge of residential construction,
building codes, municipal codes, permitting and regulations Proficient
written and verbal communication skills. Detail orientated with strong
organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
