Job Description:
As a Global Product Marketing Launch Manager, you work as part of the Global Product Marketing team, responsible for driving the global marketing communication strategy and implementation for our MLI portfolio, according to our defined product marketing launch process. As part of the product launch team, you will ensure the development of impactful value-based product marketing content and communication channel mix. You work closely with the commercial team, product management and our insights department to understand the launch KPI's, product benefits and customer insights.
The Global Product Marketing Launch Manager will have excellent stakeholder management skills and will work closely with global and local product managers, insights team, regional field marketing, digital marketing and creative team
Main responsibilities include:
Develop effective global marketing communication strategies and plans for new product launches in direct and distribution channels-considering and including the specific regional needs/strategies
Partner with regional marketing teams to develop launch plans, KPI's and manage global and regional launches
Collaborate with in-house and external creative partners to create product content
Translate technical details into benefits and build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns) in collaboration with the insights team, regional marketing teams, external communications partners and internal copywriting resources
Support the communication of the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
Track and evaluate launch success while partnering with regional marketing and product management teams.

Job Knowledge/Skills:
Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manageror similar role
Demonstrated ability in developing product marketing strategies to grow market share and increase end user demand
Strong Collaboration and experience managing stakeholders in various departments and at various levels, with empathy
Excellent oral and written communication and phone skills (fluent English written and spoken required)
Strong analytical thinking skills to draw qualitative and quantitative outcomes
Demonstrated ability to effectively create and manage strategic plans / tactical actions
Passion and Energy
High degree of customer and external market focus
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
International experience (preferred)
Education and Experience:
BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
3+ years of B2B marketing and communications (product marketing experience preferred)
Travel Requirements:
Position requires up to 40 days of international travel per year
