Position at Lifespark
Woodbury Health Care Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate LPN and RNs to join our growing team.

Woodbury Health Care Centeris home to seniors requiring TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care and Long-Term Care. We are in Woodbury, right next door to Woodbury High School. We have been helping seniorsAge Magnificentlysince 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors.

Location: 7012 Lake Road, Woodbury MN 55125
Schedule Available:We currently have Full-time or Part-time AMs, PMs, and NOCs available.
Wage:RNs:$39-$44 depending on years of experience
LPNs: $32-$37.50 depending on years of experience
Sign on Bonus available:$1,000 for FT, $750 for PT

In this position,you willberesponsible forthe overall direction,coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director ofNursingwhilemaintainingquality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standardsin accordance withindividual care plans.
Duties include:
Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident/tenant population.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursingand a valid state licensure asaLPN or RN
Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident'sfamilies,and employees.
Mustpossessadvanced computer skills, including email use.
