Additional Compensation Details:
$24 - $26 per hour Dependent on Experience and Location of Role
90-day performance-based raise
Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure
Responsibilities
The Role
This position is a temporary role covering while someone is out on leave, the right person will recruit for Seattle warehouse, packaging, processing, sanitation and entry admin positions using internal and external job postings, community outreach programs, job fairs, referral programs and social recruiting sources. Cold call, text and email passive candidates, screen applicants, book interviews with hiring managers, and schedule pre-employment testing. Participate in special projects necessary for the department and or company. Minimal local travel for hiring events.
Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To
Source candidates
Screen candidates
Set up manager interviews
Be a visible hiring representative
Build cross departmental relationships
Take part in job fairs
ATS monitoring and management of jobs they are responsible for
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
1+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting, or HR corporate recruiting experience
Comfortable and confident on the phones, able to spend up to of their day on the phone with candidates.
Strong people skills, ability to effectively communicate with varying levels of staff, from executive management to entry level employees.
Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft office software and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience using paperless ATS systems
Ability to work in the office with an Team of HR professionals
Preferred Skills and Experience
Knowledge of State compliance protocol; ban the box, pay transparency, legal interviewing, etc.
