Discount Card Programs is a highly motivated professional responsible
for the strategic vision of the Navitus Discount Card line of business.
This includes leading the tactical decision-making and operational
implementation of setting unit drug pricing for Navitus Discount Card
programs, overseeing the Integrated Discount Card product, and
interfacing directly with program sponsors, pharmacies, and internal
team members. Additionally, the Director is responsible for all Discount
Card Program Sponsor client contracting and will assist with Discount
Card contracting with pharmacies. The Director will be responsible for
performing an array of analyses and creating KPI reports for leadership,
as well as specific drug and/or provider price recommendations to
facilitate critical business decision-making processes. The Director
will lead the team responsible for pricing research of medications
available at specific pharmacy providers for unfunded Discount Card
programs, daily monitoring of pharmacy contract compliance,
implementation of core Discount Card and Integrated Discount Card
program enhancements, client onboarding, and overall market research.
The Director will serve as the chair of the Discount Card Steering
Committee and as the primary decision maker of IT prioritization for the
Discount Card line of business within IT Partner Services. Is this you?
