Key Requirements:
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish is Mandatory
• Support of office employees and crews (patiently and respectfully)
• Coordination with WAG SERVICES staff and its advisory team including
monthly reporting
• Participate in the production of annual plans
• Maintain WAG SERVICES's standards to ensure the quality of product and
service
• Support planning, ordering and material acquisition; vehicles and
maintenance and other requirements
• Manage to achieve revenue, profit and expense budgets
• Planning and implementation of weekly service schedule
• Daily scheduling of installations during harvest season
• Maintain key customer relationships and travel the region to make field
observations
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts of WAG SERVICES
• Assist in the integration of the Region with other WAG SERVICES programs
• Participate in planning for long-term Regional development
• Able to work in the field and office including hard repetitive physical work
• Some evening or weekend hours will be required (Harvest season
operations are 7 days/week)
• Current driver's license and a good driving record (only one or two
points are permissible)
• Comfortable driving trucks, pulling trailers, and operating skid
