We have an immediate need, seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Consultant for large digital marketing transformation engagements in Adobe Marketing Cloud products, primarily using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Responsibilities
Own the solution for marketing transformation engagements
Serve as subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Backlog prioritization together with NFL teams
Understand various integration patterns between Adobe experience cloud tools and provide solution to client's requirement
Collaborate and lead technical resources to define technical architecture and solution development
Define Architecture and design AEP changes based on Adobe’s best practices
Build AEP data model and data flows and jobs
Configure data collection using Experience Platform Launch and mapping the collected data into XDM
Generate alternate solutions/thought processes when presented with a complex technical/functional scenario
Analyze client business needs and present with end-to-end marketing solution
Required Qualifications
Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands on experience on one or more key modules of RTCDP, CJA, AJO, Data Science
Working knowledge on implementing/ enhancing AEP related changes as per technical design specifications
Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes
Understanding of Identity Graph, Query Service, Real time customer profile, Segmentation service, data science workspace
Experience in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, or any tag management system
Experience working with customer and digital marketing data and segmentation opportunities, and various measurement and analysis techniques and technologies.
Solid understanding of how websites work to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and business metrics
Ability to configure email template using HTML, CSS and creation of reusable fragments
Understanding of Offer Decisioning module of AEP
Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence
Sound knowledge & experience of marketing domain spreading across the industry leading tool platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in 2 or more adobe experience cloud products
AEP Certified
Preferred experience and in-depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from Adobe
Outstanding communication skills, ability to interact and make client understand the marketing solution lucidly
Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior
