Salary: up to $22.00 an hour
Responsibilities:
~Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
~Assist agents with administrative tasks, including checking emails and managing
schedules
~Provide excellent customer service to clients
~Maintain organized records and files
~Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
~Fluent in English and [Specify second language, e.g., Spanish]
~Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
~Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
~Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
