Job Description
General Scope of Duties | Educate employees about College leave programs and administer employee paid leave benefits including sick leave, short-term disability, worker’s compensation, parental leave and long-term disability. Administer family medical leave and unpaid leaves of absence. Draft correspondences for all leave programs. Maintain human resource information system (HRIS) as it pertains to leave benefits and employee’s work status. Process all applications for family medical leave accurately and in a timely manner. Log, track, and follow up with appropriate forms and information. Support the administration of the all of the College’s employee benefit programs and assist eligible employees with enrollment, payroll deductions and access to their benefits. Create a sustainable, reliable and comfortable customer service environment for all employees. As an integral member of the HR team, support the day-to-day functions of the office and provide quality customer service to campus employees and visitors. |
