We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Professional. As an integral part of our customer service team, the successful candidate will have the chance to provide exceptional support to our clients and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers.
Position Summary: As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring positive interactions with our valued customers. You will be responsible for handling consumer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and social media platforms. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will represent our company with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Screen all calls to organization, servicing, qualifying and routing at targeted level
Respond to basic customer inquiries, order processing, data entry
Document customer complaints following established SOP process
Process return requests after RMA approval and create label to return product to stock
Responds to social media requests and escalates as needed
Responds to email orders on a daily basis
Delivers expected customer satisfaction levels
Meets required response targets
Maintains DSHEA compliance in all forms of communications regarding products, while maintaining customer satisfaction
Meets processing targets, including speed, quality and revenue
Processes and manages order flow, and multi-system required data entry (e.g. EDI, Order Dog, etc.)
Act as "touch point" for all sales related activities and capture all upsell opportunities
Responsible for meeting customer level exceptions
Maintains updates to database
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required
2 years minimum experience in customer care call/service center, inside sales, inbound calls
Experience with ERP and SAP a plus
Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods a plus
Competencies/Skills:
Proficient with technology to include Microsoft Office
Demonstrates phone etiquette, demeanor and verbal communication skills
Works effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail as well
Comfortable working in a team environment as well as individually
Strong organizational skills to include the ability to prioritize and multi-task
