Insight Global's large American multinational food client is looking for a Communications Designer to join their growing team. Reporting to the Visual Design Lead, the Communications Designer will be responsible for production type work including PowerPoint design, designing company emails, creating logo designs and signage occasionally for events/banners/etc., working with business stakeholders to gather and built out requirements, and more. There are instances where the branding has already been defined with templates to work from and the Communications Design would be expected to ensure it is executed well and the grids are aligned, etc. There is also plenty of opportunity to utilize your expertise and creativity when work is less defined/there are not templates to work from. The overall goal is to have the Communications Designer showcase how design can enhance an individual (product) experience.

* 5-7+ years of professional experience as a Designer
* Portfolio presenting high design acumen.
* Comfort with a CMS (ex: MailChimp) and leveraging a CMS to create content.
* Experience designing PowerPoints, emails, logo design/signage/banners or company swag, etc.
* Strong experience in Figma, Adobe Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
