Required Skills:
• Applicants must meet DHS qualifications for Mental Health Practitioner in one of the following ways:
-Holds a high school diploma/Associates degree AND 6,000 hours of documented supervised experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness
-BA/BS from an accredited college or university AND has at least 2000 hours of documented supervised experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness
-Holds a Master’s or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
-Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable vehicle
-Must be able to pass a background check

Adventurous Solutions, LLC of Little Falls is seeking an ARMHS worker to join our team!

Adventurous Solutions, LLC recognizes the seven services provided by ARMHS: Basic living and social skills, certified per specialist services, community intervention, functional assessment, individual treatment plan, medication education and transition to community living services. These services shall be provided to the recipient on a one-to-one basis in the recipient's home or another community setting or in groups.
ARMHS services may be provided in the following settings:
• A recipient's home
• The home of a relative or significant other
• The community such as any of the following:
Psychosocial clubhouse
Drop-in center
Social setting
Classroom
Other place in the community
For Basic living and social skills, implement this service by:
• Interpersonal communications
• Community resource utilization and Integration
• Crisis assistance
• Relapse prevention
• Budgeting
• shopping and healthy lifestyle skills
• Cooking and nutrition
• Mental illness symptom management
• Household management
• Employment-related skills
• Transitioning to community living
Each recipient's treatment plan should identify specific skills needed, how each is being addressed, the modality (individually, group), and the medical necessity for each goal.
We provide basic living and social skills individually or in a group setting, when appropriate to each participating recipient's needs and treatment plan. Generally, these are accomplished by individual meetings with Mental Health Practitioners, so that the client can get individual attention to their specific living and social skills and be prompted by the Mental Health Practitioner.

We offer 40 hours paid training and 15 hours of on the job shadowing at $20/hr. to ensure a smooth transition into your new position. In addition, we offer weekly pay, no weekends, flexible scheduling as you build your caseload, work as much or as little as you want, monthly supervision, advancement opportunities, mileage reimbursement and hourly paid benefits after 90 days working with clients. Pay is base on experience and per face to face time spent with clients up to $27.50/hr.

Previous experience is preferred but will train the right person.
