Senior Accounts Payable Clerk

Fulltime / In-Person.
$19-$23/hr.

Summary:
ServiceNet is an innovative mental health and human services agency that employs 1,600 staff members in more than 100 programs across western Massachusetts - all of whom are working together to help people live their lives to the fullest. We are looking for a skilled, super detail oriented fiscal professional to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
Management of Accounts Payable functions
Maintain file imports
Processing weekly AP check runs and closing accounts payable system at month-end; running AP reports; interface of AP to GL
Review monthly GL reports for accuracy
Reconciliation of AP sub-ledger to GL account
Preparation of 1099's
Primary contact for AP issues and questions related to the processing of invoices and disbursing of funds
Processing of check requests
Team builder, supporter, and player with integrity. Dedication to serving the organization's goals and mission.
Maintain a positive and professional work atmosphere and communicate with clients, customers, co-workers, and supervisors to build a professional working relationship.
Other duties as assigned by the Controller, or his/her designee

Qualifications:
Associate degree in accounting and/or at least two years of relevant experience.
Solid working knowledge of bookkeeping and budget processes.
Fluent with various computer applications, including Excel.
Strong communication skills.

$39,520-$47,840 - based on education and experience.

Compensation: $39,520.00 - $47,840.00 per hour
