JOB REQUIREMENTS: SCOPE OF LEADERSHIP ROLE The Senior Director of
Commercial Transformation is responsible for spearheading initiatives
that enhance the customer experience through annual improvement programs
and the overall integration of the Global Customer Service Strategy for
Regal Rexnord. This role will be responsible for strategic planning and
oversight of our transformation programs as we integrate our global
customer care teams, execute a differentiated service model and
implement common digital tools between all the legacy Regal Rexnord
businesses globally. They will partner with key Business/Operational
Leaders (ie. Sr. Director-Customer Care, Sr. Director - Commercial
Excellence, etc.) to ensure successful execution of our Commercial
Transformation and Annual Improvement (AIP) initiatives. This role
demands a leader capable of integrating the Regal Rexnord Business
System (RBS) principles to drive operational excellence and competitive
differentiation in the marketplace. The Senior Director, Service
Excellence will lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement and innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer
Segmentation and Service Differentiation Develop and implement advanced
customer segmentation strategies to tailor services and interactions to
diverse customer needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
Design and roll out differentiated services that provide competitive
advantage and address the specific needs of segmented customer groups
Direct-to-Agent (DTA) Integration Lead the IPS Commercial integration
rollout of DTA strategies to streamline the customer journey, ensuring a
seamless, efficient, and personalized experience from online engagement
to offline service delivery Collaborate with IT and operations to
enhance DTA capabilities, including CRM systems and digital platforms
E-commerce Strategies Lead IPS Commercial execution & implementation of
RRX e-commerce strategies to improve customer access, convenience, and
online service offerings Oversee the optimization of online platforms
for enhanced user experience, integrating cutting-edge technologies and
analytics to facilitate easy and secure transactions Regal Rexnord
Business System (RBS) Implementation Champion the integration of RBS
principles across service excellence initiatives, ensuring alignment
with operational excellence, lean management, and continuous improvement
Leverage RBS to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service
delivery, setting benchmarks for operational best practices Breakthrough
Initiatives Leadership Identify, develop, and lead breakthrough
initiatives in service excellence, setting ambitious goals and
